Electronic Recycling

Have any personal electronics you'd like to get rid of?  Here is a list of items we are able to take:
  • Laptops/Phones/Smaller PCs
  • Tablets/eReaders
  • Charging Cables
  • Smoke Detectors
  • Other forms of Electronic Equipment such as keyboards, mice, adapters, etc.
  • Circuit Boards
  • Remote Controls
  • Smaller Monitors

Items we cannot take include larger items like iMacs, large PCS, etc.

We ensure that the device is erased before taking it for recycling.  If you need help erasing items, please make sure you have any log in information we may need (Apple ID, Windows password, etc.)

We do not take departmental items for recycling as those need to go through the UNL Moving Services and the UNL Inventory Department.  UNL Surplus Website
