  1. What is AppleCare+? AppleCare+ is Apple's extended warranty and protection plan for your iPhone. It covers accidental damage, extends your hardware warranty, and gives you access 24/7 to tech support.
  2. How do I buy AppleCare+ for my iPhone? You can add AppleCare+ at the time of purchase or within 60 days of buying your iphone.
  3. How long does AppleCare+ last? Coverage lasts two years from purchase. After that, you can continue coverage month-to-month through your Apple ID in Settings--General--About--AppleCare & Warranty, or by signing in at mysupport.apple.com
  4. What does AppleCare+ cover? 
    1. Unlimited incidents of accidental damage (drops, spills, cracked screens, etc.) $99
    2. Screen or back-glass repairs for $29
    3. Battery replacement if your battery health drops below 80% (no extra cost)
    4. In-box accessories like your charger and cable. 
  5. How much does AppleCare+ cost for repairs?
    1. Screen or back-glass repair: $29
    2. Other accidental damage: $99
    3. Battery replacement (if below 80% health): $0
  6. Does AppleCare+ cover my iPhone accessories?  Yes, it covers the Apple charger and cable that came in the box with your original phone purchase.
  7. Where can I get my iPhone repaired? You can get fast, expert repairs at any Computer Hardware location or Apple Store. 
  8. How fast can I get my iPhone fixed? For most screen replacements at Computer Hardware, if you check your phone in before 3pm, we can usually get it back to you the same day. Other repairs may take longer depending on parts and complexity.
  9. Do you provide loaner phones while mine is being repaired? No, Computer Hardware does not but if you have phone service with UNL Huskertech, they can provide one. This must be set up before coming to Computer Hardware for your repair. 
  10. Who does repairs?  All repairs are completed by Apple Certified Technicians using genuine Apple parts.
  11. Do I need an appointment? Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also schedule an appointment on the website computerhardwareinc.com
  12. Where should I go for help or questions? Start with your local Computer Hardware team, Nebraska's only Apple Premier Partner. For late night or out-of-state help, AppleCare+ gives you 24/7 phone, chat, and worldwide Apple Store support.
  13. Can I use AppleCare+ outside Nebraska or the Apple Store? Yes. AppleCare+ is valid at any Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider worldwide.
