Use this form to add or remove a freeze for one or more lines. Freezing a line allows you to keep the phone number while suspending service without billing your current plan rate. You are allowed to freeze your line for a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. There is a $10/prorated monthly fee to enable this feature. The freeze will be added/removed at 8AM CST on the date that you provide. Lines will automatically unfreeze at 90 days and begin billing your regular plan if not requested earlier by you. By freezing your line your contract extends for the amount of time your line is frozen.
